Condex introduces high-efficiency new inverter systems for central air conditioning KXZ2 by the leading Japanese innovator Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Thermal Systems. The new series is based on the previous KXZ, which consists of 17 models with proven quality and reliability on the Bulgarian market. At the moment in Bulgaria we have completed over 513 projects for implementation of KXZ series bodies in large offices and administrative buildings, hotels and medical centers with a total capacity of 21 megawatts, and our clients are IT companies, mobile operators, financial institutions.
Like the KXZ, the new KXZ2 series of inverter central air conditioning systems features a variety of innovative technologies that provide economical cooling and heating, with extremely high part-time system efficiency. The modern systems are available in Europe in two versions – standard and with parallel cooling and heating in a wide temperature range through recycling of waste energy (Heat Recovery).
KXZ2’s high energy efficiency technologies include a multiport scroll compressor system that helps reduce energy losses and an energy saving function that regulates the compressor speed according to the room temperature. Variable temperature and capacity management technology is one of the main advantages of KXZ systems, as it provides a quick return of investment and can meet even the highest air conditioning requirements. Intelligent management is another important option that our customers benefit from.
Inverter systems for central air conditioning KXZ2 are distinguished by:
Updated design without changing the size of the structure;
Flexible mounting options thanks to the various options for connecting indoor and outdoor units;
Advanced options for managing operating modes up to three levels, unlike the two levels in previous systems.
The new KXZ2 inverter systems are designed for large business buildings. Like the previous series, in terms of design KXZ2 are characterized by a large length of pipes, as well as a number of options for choosing pipes. It is possible to combine different indoor units during installation depending on the application. Due to their compactness, the new systems are extremely suitable for installation in tight urban spaces, with a greater vertical distance from the previous series both between indoor units and between indoor and outdoor units. While the vertical distance between the indoor units in the KXZ series is 18 m, in the new systems a distance of up to 30 m is possible. Also, the vertical distance between indoor and outdoor units reaches 90 m, unlike the KXZ series models, allowing up to 70 m distance.
Condex is a long-term partner of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries
We at Condex have been involved in the supply, design and implement of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries central air conditioning systems with direct evaporative refrigerant (VRF) since 1998. The mission of the Japanese manufacturer Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Thermal Systems is to find intelligent solutions to global air conditioning problems in order to improve and enrich people’s lives, as well as to contribute to efficient energy consumption and carbon reduction.
