We would like to inform you that we’ve introduced a special mode of business operations for Covid-19 prevention and regulatory compliance with procedures limiting the virus’s transmission.
The access to our building is controlled and we’ve taken all necessary precautions for a safe work environment and entry.
Because of the remote work and our staff shifts we temporarily won’t be able to organise consultations at our office and showroom, nor on-site inspections. If it’s necessary, we could receive visitors at our building, or visit a customer’s premises by appointment only. We’re available for online and phone consultations.
We’ve also restricted cash payments and our cash on delivery service. Please, use a bank transfer to pay for our products and services.
Our office, warehouse, as well as installers and service teams do business within the usual working time in compliance with all required hygiene and safety measures.
We have sufficient stock available and expect new deliveries on schedule.
We will continue to monitor the Covid-19 situation closely and do our best to preserve the health of our employees, customers and partners.
