Texim Bank
Client: Texim Bank

The Challenge
The HVAC project involves the complete installation of a VRF KXZE1 system in the newly constructed building of Texim Bank. This system is designed to meet the demands of a modern business environment. The engineering team at Condex selected this configuration due to its high energy efficiency, flexibility, and precise control of the microclimate in each room. A key focus of this implementation is to combine effective heating and cooling solutions with the client’s needs for functionality and comfort.

The solution
- The installation of the VRF KXZE1 system features individual outdoor units for each floor, which are located on off-site platforms. This design offers greater independence and flexibility in controlling the system.
- Additionally, this solution maximizes efficiency by adapting to the specific needs of each area and ensuring optimal allocation of energy resources.

The Result
With the new HVAC systems, the building has lower operating costs, improved energy efficiency, and the option to separately meter electrical consumption.
