To provide complete heating, ventilation and air conditioning in a new modern complex with 247 residential apartments and underground garages with 347 parking spaces.

• Heating is decided by connection to the central heating system. There is a connection station and heating with radiators in the main rooms and pounds in the bathrooms.
• The pipework from the connection station is constructed using galvanised pipes with press fittings.
• The cooling is solved by individual SCM direct evaporative multi-split system with high wall mounted indoor units.
•  The Condex team precisely implements the anti-fume notification and ventilation in each apartment.
• In the garages a ventilation system for removing exhaust gases was installed.
• In addition, the placement of the indoor units follows a design approach and in no way disrupts the exterior of the complex’s buildings. The mounting points have been discussed with the complex architects and engineers; for them, dedicated areas are planned. This ensures an overall finished look in keeping with the architecture’s aesthetics.

Our team provided comprehensive coverage of the complex with reliable and efficient solutions for air conditioning, heating, and ventilation, with each apartment having separate measurements for energy consumption. Individual multi-split systems for each apartment, positioned on the terrace, provide cooling and independent operation with easy access for service and maintenance.
