The Challenge

A partial heating and cooling system with a water cooling aggregate was installed in the building.Our proposal was to implement a new project using multisplit systems for each floor. Specialist lifting equipment had to be used for installation due to the narrow courtyard.

The solution

  • The heating and cooling are solved by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries SCM multisplit systems.
  • Each floor is solved with individual electric energy accounting.

The Result

Thanks to the change in HVAC systems, the building has low operating costs, high energy efficiency and offers the convenience of separate electric billing for each renter.
