The Challenge
Executing an HVAC project in the ideal center of the capital city is a big challenge. Temporary traffic reorganization and relocation of trolley wires were necessary to install the outdoor units and the work had to be done at night. However, for an engineering company with over 30 years of experience, such as Condex Jsc, there aren’t impossible things!
The solution
- The heating and cooling are solved with a highly efficient VRF KXZE2 system of the latest generation with very high energy efficiency.
- The ventilation system is built with highly efficient regenerative blocks that provide fresh air for the employees.
- Due to the presence of an existing ventilation system in the building, it is hidden in a double floor due to the lack of height in the areas.
The Result
