Energoproekt Tower
Client: Energoproekt Tower

The Challenge
To implement a comprehensive heating, ventilation, and air conditioning project for a property undergoing a major renovation. The existing building was originally designed in 1964 for the needs of the engineering organization Energoproekt. It comprised a tall office building with a low single-story building, a basement level, and a tall 19-floor unit.

The solution
- To ensure reliable heating and cooling throughout the building, a VRF system KXZE1 has been implemented. Each floor is equipped with a separate outdoor unit, installed on an outdoor platform.
- Additionally, a specialized air conditioning unit has been installed in the server room on each level to provide the necessary cooling throughout the year.

The Result
The VRF system ensures low operating costs, high energy efficiency and the possibility of individual reporting of electricity consumption for each tenant. As a result, the building offers optimum comfort and sustainable management of energy resources.
